‘Tis the Season for Events

At Pulsation Yoga, we pride ourselves on helping students expand their practice of yoga on and off the mat. We regularly invite experts in their field to share their knowledge of yoga, whether it be asana (the physical postures), meditation, philosophy or more. Events at Pulsation Yoga are a great way to expand your practice, deepen your knowledge, find a deeper connection to yourself, and also, just to have fun.

  • Friday 12/01/23
    • Kick off the season with our FREE and FUN Holly Jolly Yoga Celebration! Wear your favorite holiday gear, enjoy a fun ALL Level practice, plus get exclusive retail and package discounts offered this night only.
  • Friday, 12/08/23
    • Our last Gong Bath/Sound Meditation of 2023! These events do sell out every month, so be sure to secure your spot now. Wear comfortable clothes, bring your favorite cozy blanket and pillow, and get ready to sink in, relax and let the healing sounds and vibrations wash over you.
  • Sunday 12/10/23
    • Gabriel Halpern returns to Pulsation Yoga to guide students through a mindful and focused practice, followed by a deep discussion into the Philosophical Foundations of Yoga. Much of the discussion will center around the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras, but you don’t have to have read these texts to learn about them from this incredible and experienced master teacher.
  • Sunday 12/17/23
    • Join Atha for a donation based class inspired by the Winter Solstice. Atha is a keen student of the Anusaura School of Hatha Yoga and all donations will go directly to the school.

    • Matt Giordano “TheYogiMatt” is an international yoga teacher and the founder of Chromatic Yoga. These concepts all come together in unexpected ways for his worldwide students.
