Yoga for weight loss and body appreciation

This series is for you if you would like to become more comfortable with both your yoga and your body as you lose the weight. We will combine yoga practice (asana) with weight loss coaching; you are welcome to come for one class or for all three in the series to find the level of practice and support you crave on your healthy living journey.

Kick-Off Event

Our kick-off meeting will include one hour of coaching and a full one hour Basics/Level 1 yoga practice. You will leave with a clear plan to move forward in your weight loss journey and enjoy a supportive practice that empowers you to enjoy your body as you move.

In this meeting, you will receive accountability for the goals you set in the first week. We will work together to brainstorm solutions to obstacles and set clear goals for the upcoming week in this 30 minute coaching session followed by a one hour yoga practice.
