Yoga nidra, often called the yoga of sleep, is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and we become aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. The goal of yoga nidra is deep peace and relaxation. This workshop will offer an opportunity to learn how yoga nidra, meditation and mindfulness are integral parts of emotional health and wellbeing, including a relaxing practice using these principles.
