This event is the first in the Yoga for Weight Loss Series.

This series is for you if you would like to become more comfortable with both your yoga and your body as you lose the weight.

Our kick-off meeting will include one hour of coaching and a full one hour Basics/Level 1 yoga practice. You will leave with a clear plan to move forward in your weight loss journey and enjoy a supportive practice that empowers you to enjoy your body as you move.
