In our last meeting in the Yoga for Weight Loss series, you will receive accountability for the goals you set in the first two weeks. We will work together to brainstorm solutions to obstacles and set clear goals for the future. Meeting includes a 30 minute coaching session followed by a one hour yoga practice.
