This event is the second in the Yoga for Weight Loss Series.
In this follow up to Yoga for Weight Loss, you will receive accountability for the goals you set in the first week. We will work together to brainstorm solutions to obstacles and set clear goals for the upcoming week in this 30 minute coaching session followed by a one hour yoga practice.
