A regular yoga practice can not only help you feel calm and relaxed, but can also give you the strength to approach your daily life with new positivity and strength. In this workshop, we will tap into the power of yoga to explore how we can strengthen our mental health and build resilience to manage stress, anxiety and depression.

We will first discuss the benefits of practice and ways to weave yoga into stress relief, then align the principles of the discussion with your mind and body in a 70 minute yoga practice. By embracing the asanas and physicality of yoga as well as the deeper meanings and messages found in the practice, we will tap into the great power of healing within.
