Refine your practice, deepen your backbends, and find freedom in your poses through this informative workshop. Alison will guide you through the safest ways to open up your backbending practice, giving you confidence and inspiration for future classes.
We will meet outdoors in an expansive and shaded private space, minutes away from the Lake Zurich yoga studio. The address will be emailed to all registrants prior to the event.
Please bring your own mat, water and any yoga props. We recommend a strap (or belt or dog leash from home), a yoga block and a blanket if possible. This is an all-level practice, but prior yoga experience is recommended, as the workshop will focus on refining and deepening your practice.
