Pulsation Yoga 101 is a 4-week series meant to help students learn the basics of yoga poses, language and alignments. This series is a great way for beginner students to start yoga and learn from the ground up. It is also a great opportunity for seasoned practitioners to delve into details and refine their practice.  In any case, this 4-week series will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to walk into any yoga class and feel successful.

  • $80 for all 4 sessions.
  • Friday evenings in Lake Zurich, 5:30-6:30 PM
  • January 3, 10, 17 and 31 (no class January 24)
