Yoga 101 is a 4-week series at Pulsation Yoga, and is meant to help students learn the basics of yoga poses, language and alignments. This series is a great way for beginner students to start yoga and learn from the ground up. It is also a great opportunity for seasoned practitioners to delve into details and refine their practice.  In any case, this 4-week series will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to walk into any yoga class and feel successful.
