Gain strength and confidence through basic arm balances in this playful and interactive class for all levels. Class includes a 60 minute warm-up practice before giving you the tools and steps you need to get into four basic arm balances: bakasana (crow), parsva bakasana (side crow), vasisthasana (side plank) and astavakrasana (eight angle pose). We will break down the poses, discuss how to modify them for your level and learn how to properly execute them for a safe, strong and fun practice. This is a great workshop for any yogi looking to advance their practice or to refine their approach to arm balances.
