Val Markovska returns to Pulsation Yoga to present “Ayurvedic Daily Practices for Better Health.” She will review the basics of Ayurveda and how it can help to bring balance to your life. In this workshop, we will explore:

  • Gentle Yoga

Val is a Chopra Center Certified Instructor for Ayurveda, a Reiki Master, an RYT-200 Yoga Instructor and experienced meditation lead.
