Introduction to Yoga is a 3-week series at Pulsation Yoga plus one studio class good at either location for any type of class. This series is meant to help students learn the basics of yoga poses, language and alignments. This is a great way for beginning students to start yoga and learn from the ground up. It is also a great opportunity for seasoned practitioners to delve into details and refine their practice. The series will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to walk into any yoga class and feel successful. All series registrants get one class to use at either studio location to continue on their yoga journey.
- $70 for all 3 sessions plus one additional class.
- Saturday mornings in Arlington Heights, 11:30 AM-12:30 PM
- October 1, 8, and 15, 2022
- Additional class good at either yoga studio location (Lake Zurich or Arlington Heights) for any yoga class, up to one month after the series completes
No yoga experience is necessary, and there are no expectations put on any students. This is a safe and accepting space to gain knowledge and confidence.
