Build upon your yoga experience with this fun and challenging workshop aimed to take your practice to the next level. We will guide you through a 60 minute practice aimed to open up the shoulders, hips and hamstrings before taking you through four advanced arm balance postures: Eka pada koundinyasana 2 (flying splits), eka pada galavasana (flying pigeon), grasshopper pose and tittibhasana (firefly pose). We will mindfully break down the poses into accessible steps and learn how to properly execute them for a safe, strong and fun practice. This is a great workshop for any yogi looking to further challenge themselves or enhance their practice.
