On Friday, August 20, 2021, Cook County announced a mandatory mask mandate for all indoor activities, effective beginning Monday, August 23, 2021. In accordance with these guidelines, the Pulsation Yoga Arlington Heights studio will have to require masks at all times in studio. At this time, they are not giving any accommodations for spacing without masks, but we are working diligently to learn more and to be sure we follow all state, county and city mandates accordingly.
We hope that you can continue your practice in whatever way is most comfortable for you: in studio (Arlington Heights) with a mask or from home with one of our online options. We continue to offer classes in our Lake Zurich studio at this time with or without a mask, and will continue to follow all guidance and mandates from Lake County as necessary and as things change.
Please continue to check schedules before coming to class, as this may result in some classes moving to online only, having a substitute teacher, or temporarily coming off the schedule in Arlington Heights.
Our hope is that all students do what they need to do in order to keep themselves and their communities healthy. And we will do whatever we need to do to follow the county orders and contribute to the overall wellbeing of that community.
