General Package Policies
Our policies are subject to change. We have a no refund policy on all packages. Policies for our workshops are listed separately on our workshops page.
Terms of the packages, specials, 101 series:
• 101 Series classes (and workshops) are NOT included in your package and are purchased separately.
NEW POLICY: We have reduced the price of all our packages to serve you better. We also brought back very reasonably priced memberships. See our expiration policy below.
NEW EXPIRATION POLICY:
Starting 8/8/18: To keep our costs down, all packages are now sold as 5-packs at a lower rate and expire after 120 days and you can share them with a friend or family member. We are also rolling out our membership sales at the lowest rate for a package. Monthly memberships will continue to have a 30 day expiration date. All expirations are strictly held.
Older packages: Packages purchased between Jan 1, and August 7, 2018 have a one year expiration from date of purchase.
All older packages purchased PRIOR to Dec 31, 2017, will expire on Jan 1, 2019.
More good news: Bounce and Yoga packages are merging into one package at a reduced rate. So packages are now "universal" and anyone can attend yoga or yoga and bounce using the same package. Haven't tried bounce yet? Welcome!
• Ask a staff member to make your package "sharable" with a friend or family member. (Senior and teen packages can only be shared within same age group, Monthly Yoga passes are not sharable.
Children under 18 will need parents to create an account and accept the terms in the form. Children under the age of 12 cannot attend class unless a parent accompany them, as long as they can focus on the class.
You can pre-register for all classes in advance on our website. Pre-registration is not mandatory, but make sign in smoother. Walk-ins always welcome.
The Bounce classes will be pre-register and pre pay. We do welcome walk-ins but space is limited in these classes pre registration is highly encouraged. In the event you pre register and cant make it please email us ideally 24 hours prior to class because if the class fills we will have a wait list and would remove you from the list and not charge you, allowing someone else to attend. email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
The discounted Teen and Senior package have to be paid for in person to verify age.
Terms of the Monthly Yoga Class Pass:
• Limited to 1 yoga class a day, no rollovers. Packages are non-transferable, non sharable, no refunds. Good only for yoga classes. Bounce packages are sold separately.

Login Procedures to your acct:
Please log into the wellness living website: https://www.wellnessliving.com/login/pulsationyoga - put in the email address you used to register at our studio, and click the "need password" button - you will be prompted with an email to reset your password. or download their free app on your phone. Its called WellnessLiving Achieve. Please keep track of your login information to avoid duplicate identities in the system.
Set up automatic debit from your checking account to pay for packages: sign up and get a FREE Pulsation Tee Shirt ($30 value)
To pay for packages online, WE ENCOURAGE ACH (an electronic payment from your checking or savings account). It is safe, and only you will see your information since its stored encrypted. It is basically same as writing a check without the hassle of bringing a check in. And it really helps keep costs down for the studio: If you log in or create an account using the link above, go to your billing and account information and choose “Add ACH account” and fill out the fields and save for future purchases. If you choose ACH, we will reward you with buddy passes to give your friends or family, and add points in your reward account.
Check in Procedures
Current pre-registered students with existing packages: use the self-check in: search for your name on the ipad and select to enter class. If you are out of passes, the system will alert you that you have no valid passes left to register for a class. Please tell the teacher so he or she may assist you in buying a new package. New students (or students who need to renew a package) please approach the desk and a staff member will assist in getting you registered.
Client Reward Program
When a colleague you refer comes in and buys a 10-pack, you will receive 100 points (worth $10 towards any merchandise in our store or toward any workshop). Note your points will expire one year from when they were posted. Please ask your friend to mention to us that you referred them so you receive your points. You will be able to access your points in your login. Points not transferrable
Let desk staff assist you in using your points for purchases.
WHAT CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR?
Any item in our retail store, or toward any workshop or excursion. (Sorry, Cannot be used to purchase classes or packages)
Purchases made using reward points cannot be discounted.
