Testimonial:
"Your training has given me the strong knowledge-base, self-confidence and comfort level that I need to teach yoga and I am very excited to start my journey down the yoga teaching path. I believe your knowledge base, creativity, and embracing teaching style is very unique and extremely successful. I can say successful because I've looked into the other students you've taught and your spirit shines through each of them. I plan to continue learning from you as I further my practice with you at Pulsation..." - GM 2013 Teacher Training attendee |

The Program
The Program consists of two components. The first component is called Yoga Studies. The 2nd is called Teacher Training. To be a teacher, both components are required, however the Yoga Studies component is open to all.
The Yoga Studies and Teacher Training combined is a
200 Hour program that meets the requirements for Yoga Alliance, so that you will be an RYT Registered Yoga Teacher when you finish. The complete 200 hours gives you all the tools to become a great teacher and student. You will experience beautiful transformation in your life, become more connected to your deeper self, and learn skills that will enrich your life in every aspect.
Component One: Yoga Studies: 75 hours study broken into three 25 hour sessions. Required as part of the training but is also open and suitable for the student who wants to go deeper but not necessarily ready to commit to being a teacher or the entire training. The studies will take you deeper into your own practice of yoga, allow you to make meaningful connections with others, provide you the tools and guidance to live your own life more skillfully on and off the mat. The Yoga Studies will study Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, Alignment of poses, meditation and the breath, modifications of poses. The Yoga Studies are divided into three 25 hour components. Take individual 25 hour sessions or all 3.
Component 2: Teacher Training: 125 hours study. After completing the Yoga Studies, The Teacher Training portion will focus on developing the skills of becoming a yoga teacher through observing and assisting classes, practice teaching, languaging, communication, building a class, themeing and sequencing and therapeutics. Other areas of study include; anatomy, philosophy, the physical practice, ethics of a teacher, and the business of yoga.
